To tackle the gender pay gap and ageism, we need the resources to understand what has gone before and to work together if we want to avoid the same old tactics that haven't worked. That's why I want to build a digital library AND a human library to bring older women into conversation with younger women about the world of work.

The one place where the glaciers aren't melting is women's pay The pace of change is glacial and meanwhile women aged between 50 and 59 have the highest pay gap at 20.8%, working the equivalent of 76 days each year for free compared to their male counterparts.
